Consent to Record Sessions

With your consent, I may securely record sessions to support clinical note-taking.

Recording allows me to focus fully on our conversation rather than dividing my attention between listening to you and writing notes during the session. It also helps me prepare more accurate clinical notes afterwards, reducing the risk of missing important details or relying on brief handwritten notes and memory alone.

Recordings are used only for the purpose of preparing your clinical records and are handled in accordance with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
